As the long-awaited Teravalis community opening approaches, we’re highlighting some of the top-planned features of the first innovative community center, Flourish. As the first of the amenity centers for residents throughout Teravalis, Flourish will feature an unparalleled blend of comfort, community, and nature. Slated to open in 2027, it will serve as the heart of Floreo, the first village of Teravalis.

From a prominent banner proudly displaying the Flourish name amidst native surroundings to the sustainably landscaped corridors, every arrival will be memorable. Moving through the facility, you’ll take in modern architecture masterfully designed for community life. 

Most importantly, because environmental stewardship is behind every decision at Teravalis, the landscaping throughout highlights our commitment by incorporating native, drought tolerant plants and carefully planned turf areas. The best part? This is just the beginning.

Perhaps one of the most practical features of Flourish will be its many versatile hub spaces. These areas have been meticulously designed to offer an exciting environment for socializing, work, and leisure. Featuring televisions throughout and a multitude of stimulating work areas complete with charging stations, you’ll have no trouble finding the right spot for a bit of work or the coziest corner for finishing a good book.
